    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Passport sizes have been standardised internationally for over 100 years - this product does not fit a Singapore passport.

    When I emailed to enquire about returning this item (because of a product failure), I was told that I needed to pay for return shipping and a second return import tax.

    Packaging and shipping ruined items

    I purchased this as a gift along with a hat for a friend's birthday gift. Both items arrived damaged, one smashed and the other drenching wet (literally) because of poor packaging. Then I had to pay $8 to return the damaged items and I had no gift for my friend. And customer service didn't help one bit.
