    Cuyana offers complimentary no rush shipping for U.S. orders over $95. Standard orders take 1-2 business days to fulfill; while orders with monogram can take 3-4 business days. For a full list of all of our shipping options please see here.

    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. The return shipping fee is waived for orders refunded to store credit. For all of our return options, please see here.

    Cuyana accepts returns in-person, free of charge, in our store locations for online orders. Please bring your order number with the return in store.

    We work alongside Ricardo’s small, family-owned business in Argentina to handcraft our iconic design. Each set takes up to 8 hours to cut and assembled by leather craftsmen and craftswomen who have become dear members of our community.
