    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Needs better attention to craftsmanship

    Disappointed in the quality of these,the post was bent on one earring and the uniformity when comparing the earrings (thickness of disk) was not there. I guess I will keep them to avoid the hassle of an exchange, and thus may be how an exchanged pair would look as well!
