    • Machine wash in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle
    • Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach as it will fade the design
    • Tumble dry on low heat, or air dry flat or on a line
    • Cotton irons very well, use a medium to high heat setting
    • Iron while slightly damp for the smoothest results

    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. The return shipping fee is waived for orders refunded to store credit. For all of our return options, please see here.

    Cuyana accepts returns in-person, free of charge, in our store locations for online orders. Please bring your order number with the return in store.
