Mail Returns
We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. Flattering and versatile

Roomy and lightweight. Plenty of options—with or without hood, with or without sleeves. Ideal for travel when you hit more than one climate zone. The warm chestnut color is a welcome change from black, but still dark and neutral. Machine washable. It really ticks all the boxes. I sized up from my usual small to a medium, to allow for a sweater or hoodie underneath. And I’m glad I did because the sleeves were just the right length. Nice length in the body to cover the bum. I don’t see any flaws in the fabric or construction as other posters have noted. And I personally don’t find the price point excessive for this piece.

Perfect jacket, but stuffing comes out

I am a US 8 and got a M, and it's pretty loose, which is exactly what I wanted. The fit, chestnut color, and functionality are all perfect! My only concern is the longevity - after wearing it once, I noticed that quite a few bits of the puffer filling were on my shirt when I took off the jacket. Hopefully it's just because it's new, otherwise, it will become a problem.
