We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. Disappointing material and build quality, especially for the price

I am a big Cuyana fan and own several bags and clothing items. With every item I have owned from Cuyana (purses, pouches, dress, sweater, jumper), the quality of materials and construction has been really high, with good durability. I like the minimalist luxury of the products. But I ordered this blazer and one other from the brand to try and compare and neither felt like $350-400 quality. The fabrics felt cheap, very synthetic and drapey rather than the structured way they looked in photos,and the sleeves on this blazer (the main selling point for me) were constructed oddly with a little pouch type thing on the top. I returned both blazers and hope this was just an anomaly for the brand.
