  • Ribbon width: 1.4 in.

Cuyana offers complimentary no rush shipping for U.S. orders over $95. Standard orders take 1-2 business days to fulfill; while orders with monogram can take 3-4 business days. For a full list of all of our shipping options please see here.

Mail Returns
We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. The return shipping fee is waived for orders refunded to store credit. For all of our return options, please see here.

In-store Returns

Stylish and Good Sun Protection, but Not Packable

It’s very stylish and helpfully has a wider brim than the Panama I purchased from Cuyana a few years ago (and have worn to death!) so will likely provide more sun protection. Only slight downside is its stiffness - I’m traveling to Africa with it and feel like I need a hat box! I’m a tad concerned it may get crushed on the plane and not regain its shape. Definitely not packable, but ideally it holds up. I love how it looks and the quality is excellent. Great value and elegance from Cuyana again!

The Perfect Hat

No one could possibly understand my troubles trying to find the perfect hat. Well, people. I have finally fount the perfect hat! Cannot wait to rock this on vacation and all summer long.

Underwhelming

Wanted to really love this product but was underwhelmed. The “depth” of jot seemed to short and it just didn’t feel that sturdy. I know it is handmade so maybe that’s to be expected but it just seemed flimsy. Didn’t help that it was not packaged week and came bent.
