I purchased a Classic Zipper Tote for my daughter for Christmas, and paid $10 for a gift bag. The bag arrived, but the Tote did not. Then Cuyana refunded me the purchase price on the Classic Zipper Tote! So I'm not getting that, but I paid $10 for a gift bag that was totally unnecesssary! Nice scam!
Gift Bag
I placed an order on behalf of my friend 11/8, and we mistakenly put the wrong address. I reached out but since it was after hours I called an used the automated system to correct the issue. I received no confirmation it worked. I also emailed about the order, received no response. I called during YOUR business hours even tho I’m on the east coast, was routed thru a phone tree, long wait time, and was hung up on by a recording— not even able to leave a voicemail. Horrendous customer service. This was the order number if you guys care at all #2001397442
Bought for my gf, she wanted another color and exchange process was seamless. She loves the bag!
I placed my order on Nov 28th and since then my package was never delivered and I have tried to call to talk to someone with no luck. I emailed and was given 2 options which I chose to have the package sent to me instead of a refund. This was over a week ago and I have emailed for updates but nothing other than this email asking how things are and an email asking if I’m satisfied or need anything. Still no confirmation of my package or confirmation of nothing. First time order and
I use the gift bags as storage. They are lightweight & elegant.
This packaging purchase is a total scam. We bought a purse as a birthday gift to someone, which came in nothing but a cardboard shopping box and the “gift packaging” is a low quality cotton dust bag that showed up with dust and lint attached to it. Gift packaging is expected to be free at luxury stores (even not luxury stores) and it blows my mind that you pay $15 for something so drab you can’t actually give it away in. We had to go to a Cuyana store to request a box and shopping bag so we could gift the purse in something presentable, not a drab cloth bag. Even worse Cuyana justified this as “environmentally friendly packaging that can be reused.” Great, what am I supposed to say to my friend when I show up to her birthday dinner with a purse stuck in an ugly cotton cloth? “I’m sorry it’s not presentable but it’s environmentally friendly.” I spend a fraction of what I did at Sephora and they will give you a gift box and store bag so it’s actually gift able. Bizarre
The fact that you charge $15 for this “gift bag” is absurd. Whatever your input costs are to buy these and have some tie a bow should easily be able to absorbed in your product costs.
Would be nice to receive tissue paper with bag
My item was delivered to the incorrect address. There is no live customer service agent and my emails have yet to receive a response.
