    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

    I have been wanting the Mini Zipper tote ever since it came out but wanted to see the size and color first. On a recent trip NYC I visited the Cuyana store and it was everything I hoped it would be. Size was perfect for holding a bit more than my usual size handbag (typically I carry 8”-9” wide crossbody of some style) to hold a few more items but doesn’t look like your typical tote. Three inside pockets were perfect for my phone (larger pocket) and lipstick, handsanitizer (two small pockets). Bag is lightweight but leather is still soft and exceptional quality, much more than you would expect for the price. I purchased Cappuccino. Pretty midtone color for all year. Not too cool toned and not too warmed toned. Some reviewers did not like the wide strap. Since I was in store I tried the additional straps that could be purchased as an add on. The wavy strap length is not adjustable. I am 5’ so it was too long. The thin strap was fine but I think the wide strap actually looks more high quality. I am small with small shoulders and I find it very comfortable with a lot of adjustments for height. Don’t wait to purchase this as I did! Also, if you are in NYC the staff in store were very helpful and nice. Shipping was fast also.

    I'm so happy that I was able to see this in person before I bought it. Love the color (ocean) as it goes with most colors I wear (neutrals) and adds a pop of fun. The size is great - enough for everyday essentials and I like that it has a zip closure for safety, and the handles are very helpful.

    Effortless, practical and well-made.

    This is a very practical and well-made piece that I know I’m going to wear everyday. The bag opens wide and allows you to see inside, drop things in easily, and remove items without shuffling around. The wide crossbody strap allows for effortless wear. It holds a good amount of items. The leather is just so supple! I’m not ashamed to say I can’t stop sniffing it.
