Monogramming

In theory it should have been so cute. I was inititally disappointed you removed the symbol option but went with the traditional monogram. Now I have lovely bags with a monogram off center. If you are going to monogram it would be better to do on the side without the brand name so it isn't so obvious.

Customer service and product itself was great. The item was ready quickly and the team was able to add monogramming to an extra item when I came into the store for pickup. The wallet looks great and made for a perfect gift for my niece.

I was very disappointed in the gift box. I was surprised to be charged an additional $15 on top of the price of the item, and the box ended up not even being able to close properly which made the whole presentation look cheap and haphazard.

we had an indulgent girls day—me and my two daughters. though we all have different styles, we all love our cuyana totes with the insert thingies in three different colors. the bags are chic and scrumptiously soft, yet super practical, with so much space. love the tumbler holder. to top it all off, our salesperson, Elyse, made the experience feel really special.

Jeanette at the store was great, so personable and helpful pointing out the special qualities of each bag, and accessories. I had my laptop case monogrammed, which adds a personalized touch. I love my bag and have received many complements.

I passed by the Palo Alto store recently, and on a whim decided to get something for my newly married niece, as she loves the brand. The salesperson was super helpful, and we eventually opted for the travel jewelry case, which I had monogrammed. It’s a great brand with thoroughly reasonable pricing, and at least at this store, terrific customer service.
