Mail Returns
We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. Pay attention to color

Quality is always good but colors,( and not just this item I have purchased) are slightly different than photos capture. The robes were darker than the appearance of Pearl gray in foto and a recent purchase of a back pack purse was not as tan a color as the foto.

Very low quality for the price. Nice cut and style, but the fabric seems very cheap and flimsy
