    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Cuyana accepts returns in-person, free of charge, in our store locations for online orders. Please bring your order number with the return in store.

    Cuyana is committed to the quality of our products with a two-year warranty policy on our bags and small leather goods / leather accessories. All other products, including clothing, jewelry, and straw hats, are limited to a one-year warranty.

    Made in Turkey at a women-owned factory, the paper raffia yarn is hand crocheted. Our viscose yarn tends to be softer than natural raffia and more resilient and flexible, helping the bags maintain their structure over time. Finished with smooth leather trims (cowhide) to elevate and enhance durability.
