    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     I just got the bag, I haven’t used it yet but plan to next month for a trip. The bag is larger than expected and so beautiful! I am so happy with it so far. We shall see how it holds up during airport travel.

    This bad is deceptive. Can easily be carried on the street, but holds a surprising amount when packing. I rolled clothes, stuffed it, still
    Held laptop and iPad. I will use it often. I’m curious if there is a product recommended to keep it clean while throwing it around on an airplane. Btw, it can def be stuffed under the seat if you have a separate carry on in the bins.
