    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     I have several of these totes and they are always in my daily rotation . The new rich burgundy color is perfect for upcoming fall. Nice leather and the size is perfect (vs. the original large bag which I found too big and cumbersome ). Great everyday bag that looks stylish.

    The Easy Tote was in my mind since very longtime. Finally I spoiled myself and I bought it in your NYC Soho store for my 50th Bday. I aslo add a cute little black pocket and a strap to complete.
