Shipping
Cuyana offers complimentary no rush shipping for U.S. orders over $95. Standard orders take 1-2 business days to fulfill; while orders with monogram can take 3-4 business days. For a full list of all of our shipping options please see here.

Mail Returns
We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. The return shipping fee is waived for orders refunded to store credit. For all of our return options, please see here.
