We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. I ordered the large and I could barely get over my neck and I am a138 pounds ! it was beautiful but way to small for me !

Really long sleeves and torso for petites and the cutout doesn't sit as nicely when worn in the front as it does in the model photos. Too much of a hassle to return so I'll figure out how to style it, but definitely not my favorite Cuyana piece I've purchased.
