    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. The return shipping fee is waived for orders refunded to store credit. For all of our return options, please see here.

    Cuyana leather is amazing, I would change a few things about the keychain

    Love all my Cuyana products so much! Great quality, beautiful monogramming. But the circle is HUGE. It's much larger than I expected. And the leather strap is long. So it's a handful to stuff into my purse or pocket. And when my car key is in the ignition, it hangs down long and like a big pendulum because it's so big. Finally, I'm not sure what the clip is made of, but it isn't a sturdy metal. It would be much better in something like a sturdy stainless steel to stand up to repeated clipping on and off.
