    Received 2 bags with small issues but then worked with JennyMay in store and she was very helpful! And customer service was apologetic and made things right. The bag was worth the wait. It's perfect for my needs and looking forward to carrying it for a long time. I chose the color stone and it goes with everything and to me is a nice year round color.
