    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Beautiful pouch, well-made, excellent quality — Everything that I love and expect from Cuyana! I use it for my everyday as a coin purse. One suggestion I have is to allow the option for the smaller size monogram, as I feel that would look better on this piece. I got mine with a monogram and it was the “regular”/larger size. I don’t mind it too much, but the smaller monogram would probably look better.
