    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Perfect Work Tote

    I seriously love this bag. Ive tried and failed with work totes but this one has me absolutely floored. The larger shoulder strap is comfortable and easy. The clasp close at the top is so chic and keeps the bag from gaping open. It perfectly manages to be both compact and roomy enough to fit laptop, charger, headset, small purse, water, etc. I love that I can swing it onto my shoulder when I need to run out the door. I don’t need organizers or inserts or sleeves, I can just load it up and go. As someone who loves the commuter friendliness of backpacks but wants the style of a tote, I’m relieved to have this bag in my life. It’s beautifully made and looks amazing. My only note is it only fits smaller laptops, but that’s my jam so it’s perfect!

    Got it to replace my work bag…. I like that it comes with built in compartments and pockets and is super roomy to hold work stuff and other odd things… I just hope the stitching holds overtime. Looks chic, feels luxe, and the colour is to drool over ;)

    This bag has the unique ability to be spacious but not heavy. It hangs nicely when full but does not feel oversized. I travel a lot for work so when the bag gets heavy it becomes unbearable. This is a great combo of function and beauty.

    I wanted something nicer than a backpack for work and found. The bag holds so much and is structured with a built in sleeve for your laptop. The sleeve isn't padded and acts as a middle divider for the bag. You could use this as an extra pocket if you didn't have a laptop. I think the bag is a little big to use as an everyday purse, but perfect for my work bag.
