We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. With regards to the time

With regards to the time frame it took to receive the scarf was a great disappointment
At the time when I purchased the scarf for my daughter’s birthday the Cuyana store personnel said they were two left, yet it took almost 4 weeks for the item to arrive. My daughter was unaware I had purchased the scarf so she purchased the identical scarf approximately Two weeks after I did and yet received it long before I did mine. Now I will have to return it as I was travelling when it was delivered. Very disappointed.

Love it

Love the color, and it's sooo soft and keeps me warm. I love that it's recycled. Brings a pop of color and works well with my camel coat!
