    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Perfect Size

    I now have this in 3 colors and they get me through every season. Th outside pockets are perfect for a phone and the strap is very comfortable as a cross body. Well done Cuyana!

    Love my double loop!

    I bought this bag in ecru. I have typically avoided leather due to ethical and environmental concerns, which means most of my bags are nylon, coated canvas, or a few faux leather. They just haven't stood the rest of time, and after a year or two look really bad. I like Cuyana's commitment to classic styles that endure. I'm going to do my best to care for my double loop and keep her going for many years.

    Bag function - I started using this as my daily bag. It fits my mid-size bifold wallet, sunglasses, keys, and two phones (work and mine). I have attempted to put additional items in it but it's really overfull at that point. I like the soft suede feel of the inside surface. I don't miss the absent fabric lining. One note is that the strap might be on the short side? I'm 5'8" and I have to put the strap on the last hole for it to sit where I want it to. Fine for me but might be an issue for taller people.

    The ecru color was a little more oatmeal than I was expecting - the online pictures are almost true white. However, at the end of the day, the darker color is probably more versatile. A great neutral. I haven't had issues with it showing dirt or color transfer from clothing yet after 2 weeks of daily use.

    Last note is that the free standard ground shipping really does take about 10 days (from CA to the Midwest). Cuyana shipped it within two business days but FedEx took their sweet time lol. I wished I had paid the upgraded shipping.

    The rich caramel goes with everything, and leather quality and hand feel are amazing. Initially I was concerned about the lack of a zipper top closure, but absolutely no issue now as nothing falls out of it. Love the external pockets on both sides and back too. Nice to have full adjustability to cross body as well as a shoulder bag. Considering another color…
