    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     I purchased the black medium canvas bag! It's great! I was expecting something a bit smaller, but actually it fits my laptop computer. This will now turn into my work/laptop bag. It's lightweight, stylish, and of course plant-based!

    I don't usually buy fabric bags but I took the plunge on this one after being impressed with the overnight bag, which looked wonderful and worked perfectly through my last few trips to/from Europe. It's a very nice bag, though I don't quite like it as much as my overnight bag. I would love it to have an interior snap-close key loop and/or a little more bling to distinguish it as a shoulder bag. Maybe a vertical side pocket for sunglasses or water bottle. But overall very nice! The gold hardware and nice fabric make it look a little more upscale than most fabric bags.
