    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     The texture was more pebbly than I expected and not as soft as I thought it would be. But! This is a really nice bag. Very minimalist, understated, comfortable on the shoulder, well made, roomy with a nice silhouette.
    I’m using it for work and it carries very well.

    The color is a rich olive- it’s sophisticated and still adds a pop to fall clothing. Roomy enough to carry a file or two, or my laptop as well as my wallet, etc. I love the softness of the leather, the clean lines that will never be dated. My second cuyana bag and certainly not my last!
