Anyone can join. If you already have an existing Cuyana account, please sign in with that email address. Otherwise, please sign up for a Cuyana account with your preferred email address.
Cuyana Select is a program based on intentionality, similar to our fewer, better ethos. Therefore, members will earn rewards based on a certain number of activities, which include:
- Referring friends to Cuyana
- Visiting one of our retail store locations to make a purchase
- Sending hints to friends or family to share gift ideas
- Purchasing gifts for friends or family and including a personalized gift message
- Providing Cuyana with your important gifting dates for future reminders
- Every new friend that is referred will earn you 10 points
- Every retail purchase will earn you 10 points
- Every gift you purchase online will earn you 10 points - please ensure that you add a gift note or gift wrapping at checkout when sending a gift
- Every hint you send is worth 1 point, with a maximum of 10 points to be earned in a 12-month period
- Completing our gifting survey is worth 3 points, with a maximum of 9 points to be earned in a 12-month period
- The different tiers relate to the number of actions you complete within a 12 month period. Different tiers unlock different levels of perks and services that Cuyana Select members can receive.
- Anyone can join the Friend tier with their Cuyana account
- You must earn 30 points within a 12-month period to unlock benefits at the Insider tier
- You must earn 50 points within a 12-month period to unlock benefits at the VIP tier

- Approved: Ready to count towards Tier progress
- Pending: Your activity is awaiting verification. This is typical for recent purchases and referrals - we wait for 30 days in case you need to return your purchase.
- Canceled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is canceled.
- Once you reach a certain tier, as long as you are logged into your account when shopping on Cuyana.com, benefits such as complimentary monogramming or U.S ground shipping will automatically apply to your cart.
- Similarly, when you come to our Returns Portal to start your return, as long as you have reached Insider status, we will automatically waive the $8 restocking fee for U.S. returns only.
- For benefits such as early access to new product launches, sales or invitations to exclusive events, participating in product feedback, you will receive an email from Cuyana when relevant. Please make sure you are signed up for Cuyana marketing emails.
- For benefits such as complimentary leather repairs, please email support@cuyana.com with your request, and our team will provide you with instructions.
- So please always be logged in when you are shopping on Cuyana.com in order to receive your benefits!
