    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     It is a beautiful bag with flawless soft and supple leather. Perfect size to hold a full size wallet, phone and extra items. My only suggestion would be a longer strap in order to wear crossbody. It is a little short for me.

    I have Cuyana's systems tote + mini backpack and both sort of failed in terms of quality and design, but *this* mini one is sublime. It's easy to reach in, you can fit most anything, the magnet and inner flap design is wonderful for reaching in and out easily...It's a great bag and worth buying
