    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Final Sale Disappointment

    I have been a long time customer of Cuyana and even recently wrote to customer service about this sweater as my old one had to be retired. However, having bought and been able to return previous sale articles, I failed to see that this was a final purchase and of course the sweater is too big. I can’t wear it and I’ve wasted $125. I think if Cuyana’s motto is fewer, better then there always needs to be a way for the customer to return an item if it doesn’t fit, especially in an online shopping context, because actually finding fewer, better items takes more time and flexibility than the usual consumer buying pattern.
