    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Surprised by how much I love this!

    I couldn’t decide between oversized and medium and when this arrived I immediately thought it was too big and went to return it. But I decided to give it a try and use it for work and I am so in love with this bag! It holds so much, feels so comfy doesn’t hurt my shoulder or slip unless wearing a rain coat but that’s slippery anyway. Seriously what the heck Cuyana my second bag from you and I’m so obsessed!!
