    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     I loveeeee my bag! I have 2 comments. (1) the flap opens easily when I am carrying the purse. I wish the magnet was stronger. (2) the handle doesn’t stay up on its own always. You have to adjust it but (2) is not that big of a deal. I’m more concerned with my purse opening when I don’t want It to while I carry it. I’ve gotten so many compliments on this bag!
