Mail Returns
We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. I wanted to love this purchase. The quality of the bags are good - both aesthetically and craftsmanship. The jacket, however, feels cheap like fast fashion. They site says this is a sustainable brand, but the Made in China label reveals a different story. Not all items are ethically manufactured by this brand.
