    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     I purchased the small tote in Deep Ocean color. Stunning. The leather is so soft. The bag is durable. I wear it everyday. The bag is beautiful and such a lovely addition to my closet. I plan to buy another in a different color!

    Beautiful bag!

    This is my second tote from Cuyana. I have the system tote that I found to be a bit heavy to use as an everyday bag. So now it's my work bag that carries files and my laptop. This small tote is lightweight and perfect for me. The biscuit color is the perfect yellow. I am very happy and will continue to buy Cuyana products. There was a bit of a problem with the shipping of this tote and customer service went above and beyond to get this to me.

    I have several of these and enjoy changing the different colors out for seasons . I purchased the ecru for this summer. It’s a great, modern off white. Nice quality leather . Love the small size compared to the larger . It’s just a nice classic everyday tote .
