    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Great size and material

    I love the color of the taupe bag with grey strap for something different. Size fits essentials and phone can go In outside pocket ( though it cannot snap ). The recycled fabric of the bag is sturdy and unique.

    Very Good Experience

    It like the bag. I purchased it so I can use it when I travelled to another country but the delivery was delayed. I had to return it. The sales representative were very caring and very, very helpful. They communicated with me the whole time while waiting for the delivery. I returned it to the Newbury Street, Boston branch and the sales representative was very helpful and efficient. Thank you so much.

    Perfect travel purse

    Love my new recycled sling bag. Bought it for a trip which required light minimal packing. This purse fit the bill for both casual and dressier outings. Size is perfect, fits the essentials and a few more small things, holds shape well. Different color strap makes it a bit more interesting. Will likely pick up the black one too!
