    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. The return shipping fee is waived for orders refunded to store credit. For all of our return options, please see here.

    Nicely made, but adds weight

    The 13" insert pouch is well made and useful, but it made the bag too heavy, so I returned it. I would have preferred a lightweight material in the same shade as the bag .
