    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. The return shipping fee is waived for orders refunded to store credit. For all of our return options, please see here.

    In-store Returns
    Cuyana accepts returns in-person, free of charge, in our store locations for online orders. Please bring your order number with the return in store.

    Designed for optimal organization, our Tote Insert has a place for everything, including keys, up to a 15-inch laptop, and a water bottle. The microsuede construction wipes clean in case of unexpected messes.
    quality
    Made in a woman-owned factory in Turkey, a country where artisans have produced quality leather goods since the 15th century.
    sustainability
    We chose a polyurethane-based microsuede for the Tote Insert because of its durability. However, we think there could be a better option. Our product team is currently on the hunt for a non-plastic option with the same long-lasting properties.
