    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     My niece wanted the Cuyana Womens Classic Easy Zip Tote bag for her birthday. I live in Southern Ca, and my niece lives just North of SF. I contacted your on Geary St and spoke to Rennie. I asked if she had the tote bag in black. Rennie indicated that she had it at the store. I told Rennie that I would like to purchase the bag and have it mail Santa Rosa. Rennie was so nice. I indicated that my niece travels frequently and she suggested a wider strap and removable divider etc. My niece shorty received the bag and LOVES it.
