    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     This has been my favorite item purchased from Cuyana. I love have versatile it is! Can be styled different ways or worn as a necklace and bracelet. I regret not buying an embellishment to go with it and will in the future! I would love the option to buy and additional link to add more than one embellishment at a time as well.

    Quality is dissapointing

    I love the concept, this would have been a great pice to add to my travel wardrobe. Unfortunately the quality is terrible, neither the color not the workmanship justify the price point at which this necklace is selling at. Also the poor connections of the individual necklace links will get caught on clothing and rub the skin. I’m returning this purchase.
