    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Less versatile than desired

    I am not getting as much use out of this bag as I had hoped for. The design would be improved with optional shoulder strap attachments that could be hidden inside for a mini version look similar to the full size half moon bag.
