    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Classy and Classic Bag

    It took me months, almost a year, to find a classic, classy, elegant and simple crossbody black leather bag. It is almost impossible to find such an item. Most, if not all of them, have loud logos, flashy chains and bling, fringes, … you name it. My husband tells me that this is what 99% of customers want. And that this explains the availability for such items. He adds that my taste for simple, low profile, classic and classy fashion and accessories is exceptionally unusual and completely “out of the curve”. I take that as a compliment. The only comment I have is that some extra 3 or 4 holes should be available on the bag’s strap. But I can certainly have that done through a shoe repair shop.

    Returned messenger bag

    I returned the messenger bag. Comparing it to the Tote that I own, the messenger bag was priced high and the fabric inside was awful. The interior space should be leather too. I really wanted the messenger bag but it definitely needs to be improved. Please let me know when the style is updated and if the interior fabric is replaced with leather only.

    Cuyana 16” messenger

    Solid bag. Very suntle. Not a showstopper for the $$. The gold Cuyana stamp/logo doesn’t look right in the pebbled leather. Too small. Can’t read it. Should be a $250-$300 bag. Felt overpriced.
