    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Love this unique shape and color

    I love the shape of the mini Paloma and love the blue color. I wish that the strap had more holes so I can wear it as a shoulder bag as well but I can add the holes. I may need to get the larger size down the line…. I would also like to send a shout out to the team (esp Asasia) in San Francisco who helped me track down the color I wanted. Customer service at its best!!!

    Lovely, practical, well-made handbag that I will use for years to come. The size is perfect for everyday errands, work, etc. Although I was drawn to the zipper opening of the larger version, the mini’s works just fine and is actually a little more secure in my opinion. Just beautiful!
