We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. Regret purchasing

Previous to this purchase I have liked everything I have purchased from Cuyana. However, this dress arrived extremely wrinkly. I decided to steam it, but the steamer seemed to stain the delicate fabric. However, I have used this same steamer on other silk products from Lunya and Quince without the steamer damaging the silk, I am frustrated because this was an expensive product and now I no longer have any desire to wear it.
