    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     I’m very happy with this tote it’s perfect for my frame and the materials are wonderful. I have a short torso and tote bags generally throw off the proportions of my outfits.     I have several of these totes and they are always in my daily rotation . The new rich burgundy color is perfect for upcoming fall. Nice leather and the size is perfect (vs. the original large bag which I found too big and cumbersome ). Great everyday bag that looks stylish.
