    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Perfect tote bag

    Deborah at the Fillmore location helped me pick out the tall tote with zipper. She has very friendly and helpful! I’ve had the small version before but needed something bigger. I really like the new inserts they have compared to the older inserts. It’s nice that the inserts retain the bag shape but is not overly rigid. I like how durable the leather has been; so far I’ve taken my tote to work, traveled domestically and is now in Tokyo with me as I write this review. Fits a lot, whether it’s work or leisure items, and the straps are comfortable for long hauls. Minor gripe is the shiny gold hardware, but I won’t dock any stars for it, they work just fine; I just don’t like how the shiny gold zippers peel and age overtime, would prefer solid brass or a dull metal. Otherwise it’s a pretty perfect, practical tote bag at a good price point.

    I absolutely love this bag. The leather is so soft and the olive color is just stunning. Amazing quality and craftsmanship. I’m tall and this long tote just hangs perfectly on me. It’s not bulky and looks extremely tailored and pulled together.
