    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Triple Zipper Overnight - fix the zipper!

    The triple zipper overnight is roomy, sturdy and stylish & looks like it will last for years. But the brown zipper pull keeps getting dislodged from the bridge and I ended up losing one of the pulls when travelling. Didn’t expect this from a bag at such price point. Wrote to Cuyana for a replacement pull and awaiting a reply.

    Not worth the money

    I’m so disappointed with this bag. I’ve only used it once for a weekend trip and all the pulls keep falling off the zippers. Definitely not as functional as I was hoping it would be. Could have spent way less money somewhere else for something much better.
