    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     I like this eye mask because it's soft and well-made. however, the strap is too tight so I never wear it.

    Very Unhappy with the Quality and Fit

    This eye mask is so small and the elastic so tight that when it’s on my face it smashes my eyes. Unwearable!
