I want to first emphasize that my review does not reflect the customer service I received. Customer service has been responsive and excellent.
As to the high-low top, this item was part of a larger order for me, and based on my experience, I'm displeased by the brand in general.
The clothing I've received so far looks as expensive as it is, making it elegant but also a tad bit inappropriate for a certain class and size of customer. For instance I purchased their casual navy fleece top to wear at home or doing errands, but it collects so much dust/particles that I can't be around my pets.
This Charmeuse top I bought to wear as pajamas started to tear in the back after just one night, in the mid-back stitch. Before purchasing a size small, which tour in the back, I had tried to size medium which fit like a long sack. Neither size was appropriate. While looking for a replacement I noticed that several of the clothing descriptions state they are tight in the bust, even if they're loose elsewhere.
As an immigrant, female presenting person, with a large bust and a height of only 5'2", with an active lifestyle including children and pets, I find all the clothing ridiculously long, too tight or too loose, and a bit high maintenance. So who is it designed for? Most likely the model in the photo.
I am as willing a customer as anybody frequenting the Cuyana website, and would appreciate more inclusiveness in sizing, at minimum. I appreciate Cuyana's aesthetic and efforts towards an ethical production line, and deserve to feel included as a customer here, rather than out of place with yet another brand.
