Mail Returns
We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. Most versatile sweater coat

Ahhm, this is 4th one I'm getting over past 3 years. Simply the best coat for California weather. Very flattering and elegant. I would not recommend washing in machine despite what label states as it shrinks. Dry clean only. I get so many compliments on this coat and always take it with me for travel. Even over leggings leaves you looking stylish and warm.

Beautiful but itchy

This sweater coat was absolutely gorgeous in person, surpassing all expectations. It was well made and draped nicely. I was planning to use in spring and fall as well as for travel; it can easily be dressed up or down. Unfortunately, wool is often irritating to me and after less than 5 minutes on bare arms I had to take it off. If this were offered in 100% cashmere, even at a higher cost, I would buy it in a heartbeat.
