    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     A beauty and a suggestion

    I just ordered the oversized bag in anticipation of a trip. Based on the positive reviews, I am looking forward to the quality and size of the bag. A suggestion—I would love to have a longer strap that would enable this bag to be a cross body. Your designs are beautiful and simple, and maybe you don’t think the bag would be enhanced. But I fell for the depth of this and think it is very practical… except possibly when I have a suitcase, a rolling briefcase, and this bag. (I hate when a shoulder bag decides to slide down an arm.)

    Love this bag- just wished it was lighter

    Finally a bag deep enough to fit a lunch box. I have no idea why designer bags never make wider bases. I love mine for the colder months over a coat.
    If you ever make one in coated canvas (as this bag does get a bit heavy at 2.2 pounds according to your website) I’ll be the first in line for it. Until then I look forward to the Paloma with a depth of 10” as listed on your website- don’t see a weight mentioned.
    Just waiting for it to hit the NYC store so I can see it in person.
