    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Pure Class!

    Ugh! I’m so glad I bought this bag! The leather is soft and thick, zipper smooth, the strap is wide enough where the bag sits COMFORTABLY on the shoulder and the interior holds all of the daily essentials! I can see this being a classic forever bag in my wardrobe!

    Beautiful Shoulder Bag

    This bag is so lightweight even w/ your phone etc…inside which is a huge plus for me. I love everything about. My only comment would be that the color has purple undertones so it is not a chocolate brown, still a lovely color and goes with a lot, just not the rich deep chocolate brown. So if that does not bother you then I would say go for it especially at this price point.

    Exactly what I wanted

    I've had a 'burgundy bag' in my wishlist for quite some time. When I saw Cuyana was releasing this I knew I had to order it. I do wish the leather was a tiiiiny bit more structured but it's still fabulous! 5/5

    Nice bag

    I LOVE Cuyana bags. But I don't think I'll keep this one. The leather and color are beautiful, but it's a little smaller than expected. And while the gold hardware is lovely, it's too overstated for my taste.

    Where is the forest green?

    I love the Celestial bag in Cherry that I purchased. However, I was disappointed to learn that the forest green version that showed up in all the teaser emails did not exist! Why would you tease us like that!?

    Good very nice

    Liked the bag haven’t used much since delivery was ridiculous very discouraging don’t think I will order again but bag so far seems nice like color a lot skeptical on quality as of now
